Delivery Information

Most orders are dispatched for next day delivery subject to cleared payment. If you order before 2.00 pm we usually ship your order the same day. We dispatch orders on working days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). On the rare occasion our stock runs out or your delivery is delayed we will contact you and let you know there is a delay.

UK Standard Charges:

All our Ice Machines include Free Delivery to mainland UK destinations. The only exceptions are special orders, custom-built units and deliveries to some remote areas. Shipping for smaller items such as spare parts and water filters is charged according to the net order value.

Specific Delivery Times:

Our standard service does not provide specific delivery times. If you require guaranteed next day, guaranteed AM or Saturday delivery, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery Address:

Do you require delivery to another address from the one specified for payment? Simply go through the checkout process as usual where you will be given the opportunity to enter a separate delivery address as required.

Please note that only one delivery address can be specified per order. We cannot ‘split’ your order to more than one delivery address so you must place a new separate order for each respective delivery address.

Taking Delivery:

The delivery company will require a signature as proof of receipt. In the very unlikely case you suspect that your item is damaged, you should refuse delivery and mark the courier’s paperwork accordingly. Standard shipping is for curbside delivery and self-installation only, although we can provide optional installation and commissioning packages on request.

Faulty Products:

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged you should contact us within 24 hours of the product being delivered to you. If any faults occur during the warranty period, we will make arrangements for repair on your behalf according to the terms of your warranty.

Cancellations / Returns:

Return the goods to us at your cost, unused, in their original packaging, in saleable condition together with the receipt and your completed returns form (available on request). We reserve the right to deduct a 25% restocking charge from any refund. Under no circumstances should you return any product without contacting us first.
