Ordering online
Placing an item in your cart:
When you have found a product you want to order, simply
click the 'Add to Cart' button. Adding an item to your cart automatically
takes you to the shopping cart page where you can review your items. If you are not ready to check out and wish to continue browsing the site, click on the 'Continue Shopping' link.
Shopping Cart Page:
Your Cart Contents can be accessed from anywhere on the site by clicking
the 'Items in Cart' link at the top of the page. You can review your
order as follows:
- To change an item quantity, enter the number and remember
to click the 'Update' button.
- To remove items from your cart simply
click the red 'remove items' icon.
- When you have finished shopping click the 'Place Secure Order' button
on the shopping cart
page.
Login / Registration:
Either login if you are a returning customer and have registered before,
or register as a new customer at Ice2o. If you are a new customer, your registration
details are required solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Once
you have registered, you can update your details and view your order status
and order history by visiting
your
account page.
Checkout:
Choose your delivery address: you can specify another address than the one used for payment. You will have the opportunity to enter a new delivery address during the checkout process.
Choose your method of payment: either securely online using a credit or
debit card, or select 'print order form' to send your order by fax or post. Enter
your credit or debit card details. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Maestro, Mastercard and Solo.
For your security, card details are sent over an encrypted connection and are never stored on our server.
Click the 'Place order' button to complete the transaction.
You will be sent an email message with your order details. We will also
send notification to you by email when you order has been despatched.

Ordering by phone
Call between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Fridays (excluding
Bank Holidays). When ordering, have your payment card details ready. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Maestro, Mastercard and Solo.
You can phone or email outside the above hours and leave your contact details.
We will contact you to take your order as soon as possible the next working
day.
For Next Day service, orders placed by 1.00pm will be despatched the same
day provided the goods ordered are in stock. Please see Delivery Page for more information regarding delivery.

Ordering by Fax or Post
A pre-filled order form is available for your convenience. Simply place the
items you wish to order into your cart as usual, then select the "Print
Order Form" as your payment method during checkout.
Send the printed form complete with card details or cheque payment to us by Post or Fax.
For customers paying by Bank Transfer (BACS), print the order form during checkout. Payment instructions can be found on the form.

Payments
Prices shown on the Ice2o website apply to purchases made via our online checkout and are subject to VAT at the current rate.
Card payments accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Maestro, Mastercard and Solo. No money is taken from your card until your order is prepared for dispatch.
We also accept Paypal, Cheques and Bank Transfer payments. Cash payment is accepted for face to face transactions only, do not send cash via post.
You will recieve a full VAT invoice via post. If you require VAT exemption, we must have written confirmation of your VAT exempt status by fax or post.
